About Josh
A pastor with a creative eye.
Josh Anders helps church leaders and creative teams make room for worship, technology and imagination to work together.
The short version
Pastor first. Creative always.
Josh is a pastor who specializes in Creative Arts for the church. He cares about what happens on stage, but he also cares about the people behind the stage — the volunteers, leaders and teams who make ministry possible week after week.
That means conversations that are spiritual and practical: how to lead from overflow, build healthy teams, improve the room, and use new tools without losing the heart of the gospel.

Technical arts
The room matters because people matter.
Audio, lighting, video and systems are not just technical details. They are part of how a congregation experiences welcome, clarity and attention. Josh helps teams get better at the craft so they can stay present to the ministry.
Healthy systems
Simple enough to teach. Strong enough to serve.
Healthy people
Teams where volunteers can grow and belong.
A courageous posture
AI should be engaged, not feared.
Josh believes the church can be honest about what AI can and cannot do. We can explore it with wisdom, keep people at the center, stay grounded in Scripture, and learn how these tools might serve the work already in our hands.
The goal is not shiny technology. The goal is faithful imagination: using what helps people connect with God and with one another.
room.

The personal side
A real person behind the platform.
Josh is a husband and father. He likes comic-book movies, video games and streaming — the kind of interests that remind us faith is not a separate room from the rest of life.
His invitation is simple: bring your whole self, your whole team and your honest questions. There is room for all of it.
